ADMIN AND INVOICING

Liquorgistics works with all market segments in South Africa, from Grocer Accounts to Independent Store Owners. All listings are generated in your name, which ensures that you have complete ownership over your brand. Your clients pay all monies directly into your account, which leads to the added advantage of better Cash Flow. We can handle anything from regional based listings, to national listings. Our systems have been built in such a way to ensure that we comply with the vast majority of customers requirements in the Wine & Liquor Industry.

 

LOGISTICS: STOCK CONTROL

Consignment Stock is held at each of our warehouses per region. We ensure that you are fully stocked at all times by implementing stock replenishment procedures in each region. Our real-time WB Reporting System provides you with all the power to know exactly what stock is available in each warehouse. You can simply log into the system and view the reports.

Stock rotation is managed in-house by each warehouse as they know how important it is for stock to be managed correctly. Old stock is depleted before new stock is sent to your customers.

A number of controls are implemented to ensure that stock is managed effectively and efficiently at each warehouse, so that you don’t have to. Any stock variances are carried by the distributors to ensure that they handle your stock as if it was their own.

 

LOGISTICS: DISCOUNTS AND DEALS

As all listings are created in your name, you need to have appropriate control over the deals provided to each customer in the market, whether it is for grocer accounts or individual store listings. We know how easily information can be lost, which is why we have dedicated recruits at Liquorgistics who manages all Deals, Discounts and Special Offers presented to your customers. Whether it is at head office level or for individual stores, our system can accommodate a variety of deals at once. Discounts can vary from client’s specific discounts to cultivar specific discounts. Trading terms deducted from statements are verified per remittance at each month end. Clients have access to all deals & discounts loaded on our system at all times.

 

DEBTORS BOOK

Your customer base is managed directly in your name. Invoices and Statements contain your logo and details, increasing brand recognition and awareness in the customer’s mind. Debtors are kept up to date by allocating payments on a daily basis, whether COD or 30 days. Overdue accounts are automatically placed on hold, which prevents merchandise from being delivered to a customer before payments have been received.

Dedicated recruits at Liquorgistics will reconcile all payments to ensure your debtor’s payments are received in a timely manner.
